All orders are final. Due to the custom nature of the Challenge Coins we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. Vision-Strike-Coins.com does not issue refunds. As mentioned previously, we will replace any Challenge Coins that contain defects in materials or workmanship.
Vision-Strike-Coins.com assumes that you have thoroughly checked the contents of your order immediately upon delivery. Any defects found in products after 15 days from date of delivery receipt will NOT be accepted for remanufacture or other forms of consideration. Please check your products when you receive them and inform us immediately in the unlikely event of discrepancies or defects.
In the event that a legal dispute arises, it is agreed that the venue for such a dispute will be in the county and state of your residence or location, USA. Should the dispute pertain to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringements, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expenses. You agree to pay any damage and costs assessed against Vision-Strike-Coins.com as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also agree to hold Vision-Strike-Coins.com harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding.
All Challenge Coins displayed on this website containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the reproduction capabilities of Vision-Strike-Coins.com. Purchase of merchandise to include designs and artwork from Vision-Strike-Coins.com in no way, shape or form grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
Custom Challenge Coin Process
Step 1 – A deposit in the amount of 100.00 is required to produce the artwork for the coin if the design is complex. Most 3D coins require this level of design to produce the finest coins for you. Flatter 2D coins can be produced without an art deposit. Once a deposit or request to produce art is received we consider our services engaged and all terms and conditions of a contract in place. Any cancellation of 2D art which did not require a deposit initially will then be billed at a rate of 75.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours being billed for or 150.00. All deposits are non-refundable. After art is supplied if we do not receive an order within 14 days we will consider the order cancelled and any unbilled artwork charges will be valid and invoiced to client.
Step 2 – An art proof is supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure every element is correct to include but not limited to any design elements, placement, color, placement, size, spelling and any and all details associated with supplied art proof. Any approvals are the full responsibility of the client. Any production errors associated with customer approval are deemed the full responsibility of the customer and any request for remanufacturing is the financial responsibility of the customer. Customer receives 1 additional update with 3D deposit. Any additional art development time is billed out if more than 1 art update is requested at a rate of 75.00 per hour for 3D art. 2D art requires no additional payment if order is placed (within 14 days of art completion). If 2D order is abandoned after 14 days of art completion client will be billed at a rate of 75.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour billed.
Step 3 – Art approval. ½ of the quoted custom challenge coin project is collected. The order is placed with factory, mold is made and 1 coins is made and sent by email for approval. Upon approval the balance of the coin order is collected and production of the coins is started.
Step 4 – Coin completion and custom challenge coins mailed. A FEDEX 2nd day tracker is emailed once your coins have shipped.
