Our M24 Chaffee Tanks of the Korean War Challenge Coin features the detailed flags of opposing countries South Korea and North Korea. Each flag with North Korea and its red star and South Korea with its yin and yang symbolism are displayed on each flag. These flags are displayed over a tank track tread as it passes over the frozen ground. The texture of this coin shows with detail the hard ground these countries battled over both above and below the 38th parallel. The dates 1950-1953 are prominently displayed illustrating the years of the Korean War.
Rich antique gold and silver metal accents highlight the detail of this coin and the hand painted enamel that finishes it with style and originality.
